Terms of service

These terms apply to businesses that use Reponzo. By creating an account, you accept them.

1. The service

Reponzo provides an AI phone agent that answers calls forwarded to a Reponzo number, takes orders, appointments and class bookings, and passes them to the business.

2. Trial and subscription

3-day free trial, limited to 15 call minutes, once per business. The 3 days start when your Reponzo number works. A card is required at sign-up; unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription starts.

Three monthly plans, in euros (France and Europe) or Canadian dollars (Canada): Starter €49 or CA$79, 150 call minutes included per month; Standard €79 or CA$119, 300 minutes; Pro €139 or CA$199, 600 minutes. Beyond the included minutes: €0.25 or CA$0.35 per minute.

Founding offer on the Standard plan: €49 or CA$59 per month for the first 3 months, then the normal price.

Monthly subscription with no commitment, cancellable at any time from the dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

3. Your commitments

Tell your customers that calls may be handled by a virtual assistant (the agent says so at the start of every call).

Keep your menu, prices, hours and services up to date in Reponzo.

Check the orders and bookings you receive and contact the customer when in doubt.

Do not use the service for illegal activities, unsolicited marketing or emergency services.

4. AI limitations

The agent can misunderstand a caller. It repeats every order or booking before saving it, but mistakes remain possible. Reponzo is not an emergency service.

5. Liability

The service is provided with care. Except for gross negligence, Reponzo's liability is limited to the amounts paid in the last 3 months. Reponzo is not liable for indirect losses (revenue, customers).

Outages of phone carriers or AI providers may affect the service; we restore it as fast as possible.

6. Ending the contract

You can cancel at any time. We may suspend an account for non-payment after a reminder, or for use that breaks these terms.

After closure, your data is deleted as described in the privacy policy.

7. Governing law

French law for customers in France and Europe; the law of the customer's province for customers in Canada, without prejudice to mandatory local rules.
