Do I need to change my phone number?
No. You keep your number and turn on call forwarding to Reponzo, either always or only when you are busy or do not answer.
Will my customers know it is an AI?
Reponzo introduces itself as the assistant of your business. It speaks naturally, and it passes the call to you if the caller asks for a person.
What if it does not understand an order?
It asks again, repeats the full order before confirming, and if it is still unsure it takes a message and sends it to you.
I already use Planity or Treatwell.
Then your clients can already book online. Reponzo is most useful for salons that still take most bookings by phone. We will check this with you before you pay anything.
How does payment work?
Customers pay at pickup or at the salon, as today. Reponzo is a monthly subscription with no commitment.
What happens after the free trial?
